RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Corvino and Sons

At Corvino and Sons, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and online store.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 / 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used instruments showing signs of wear

  • Personalized or custom-built instruments

  • Special-order items

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., reeds, mouthpieces, earplugs)


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not use the item

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund

Corvino and Sons covers return shipping costs only for verified defective or incorrect items.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit


5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-13 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, orders must follow the return process above.
