Leo is an excellent, experienced and knowledgeable organ repair technician with a keen sense of the intricate designs of electric organs. He will work diligently to find the problem and resolve it. Leo did a great job showing me the ins and outs of the organ!  He is extremely knowledgeable and is just a nice, friendly guy. He wasn't in a rush and answered all my questions. Dear Leo, In current times when customer service is sketchy at best, you distinguish yourself by giving your organ customers the very best of your knowledge and promptness of response when service is needed.  I would venture to say that no one, other than you, would travel an hour + to make a service call at 7:15 pm so that everything would work correctly on the following Sunday morning! Leo, thank you so much for your service call last Wednesday evening.  Our organist, our priest, our congregation and I appreciate your recent attention to detail and your dedication over the years to insure that our Allen Digital organ works the very best that it can.  Just keep stocking those PS 10’s and we will be in good shape!  As you mentioned, our Allen organ sounds darn good and our congregation thinks so, too! When it comes to servicing electronic organs, no one is better than Leo Corvino!   His knowledge is encyclopedic, and he can trace the source of any problem and fix it.  He is unfailingly pleasant, and he shows up when he says he's going to -- even calls the day before to confirm his appointments!  In a day when amateurs dabble in electronic repair and often make things worse, Leo is a true professional.  Call him first, and you won't have any need to call anyone else!  As for me?  I'm just someone who teaches a lot of organists in the Utica, NY, area.  When students or fellow organists need an organ repaired, they need it done quickly and correctly. I have had the pleasure of working with Leo for the past 16 years at the church where I serve as musician.  His knowledge of the instrument and his technical skills and abilities are unparalleled. I would not want anyone else to provide service for our organ. He most recently very patiently and meticulously tracked and pinpointed a component which had been damaged by a lightning strike and was causing a partial sound failure. I’m with Columbia County Youth Theatre. Our main keyboard sat broken for months waiting for our repair technician to return our calls. I finally reached out and found Leo. Not only was the repair handled quickly and effectively, I felt like I was dealing with someone I’ve known forever. Leo recently serviced an instrument which our AGO chapter owns, in preparation for its being placed in a new student's home. He also serviced the instrument and carillon in one of the churches in which I play. It is fascinating to watch Leo work: he is thorough, a perfectionist, and a genius at what he does. After nearly 25 years of playing in the church, there is only one person (& sons) I trust with our church organ. Over the years, Leo has consistently come through for our church whenever we have needed him. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He also works with carillon systems and has even fixed that for our church. Personalized service. I highly recommend them. I am an organist.  For over 2 decades, I have seen Leo provide quality service on the organs of two churches I have been part of.  He is thorough, competent, and conscientious.  He works because he loves his work, not because he has to work.  An organist friend of mine (a graduate of Julliard) once told me that Leo is a good resource to the other electronic organist technicians in the area.  I agree. For the past few years, I have had two different organs at my home, both of which Leo has excellently refurbished.  Leo guarantees his work and fully honors his guarantee.  If Leo ever decides to retire, he will leave a huge, hard-to-fill hole in the area’s pool of organ repair technicians.
